Location great, room comfy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the host was very accommodating and friendly. The view from our window was beautiful and the whole place felt very peaceful
We didn’t like not having a bathroom in the room but this was not the hosts fault as I assume it was down to availability, but in general would be more comfortable having an en-suite than having to leave the room to visit a bathroom. Having said that the bathroom was for our sole use and was spacious with a great shower.

The location of St Minver is great for visiting Rock, Padstow, Polzeath and many other places. The B&B is situated within a working farm. The room was immaculate, all the bedding and towels smelt fresh. Liz is the host and was there to greet us on arrival and every day. Liz never stops working and is on hand to help with anything. I hope we can return one day.

Good sized room. Good bathroom. Nice and clean. Breakfast good.
‘Private bathroom’ was not en suite (I.e. next to the room in the corridor). That was unexpected. No sitting room and chairs in the room were uncomfortable. Welcoming? Just.
