Rosa the host and her associates were very gracious and lovely.
Included breakfast was great, especially the fresh squeezed OJ!
Pool and area very nice and relaxing.
The towels!! Please invest in a clothes dryer for your towels. The towels were very rough and did not smell fresh. Additional towels for adults is needed....at least two bath towels for each guest.
The plastic mattress cover was ill fitted and a bit uncomfortable.
Only one cabinet/closet was accessible in my room (Violeta)....I needed more space and hangers.
Please know these are my constructive suggestions......overall my stay was very nice.

Lovely expansive ggardens, great pool area and million dollar views over the Douro Valley, orchards and vinyards.
Welcoming staff, feels like a home away from home.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
Nothing to not like.

Beautiful location and views from the window. Great facilities including pool, tennis courts, walks, snooker, games etc. Food was excellent, we really enjoyed the fresh fruit on offer and the breakfast was very generous and freshly cooked each morning.
Nothing! Such an excellent stay!
