Fine but wouldn’t stay again due to parking issues

Location was good. It had good facilities and clean.

No oil for cooking. Couldn’t find a plug for kitchen sink and extractor didn’t really work, and was hard to reach in the bathroom. Parking was an issue

A disappointing flat in a very rough area - be aware of this if you are a lone, female traveller.

Passable inside although the lounge is sparse. Great shower and good kitchen. That’s it.

The area is a complete dive. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked it. The secure entry has wires hanging out where it’s been ripped to pieces and as a lone female traveller, I didn’t feel particularly safe. If I hadn’t paid up front, I wouldn’t have walked. The bed was shockingly hard and the pillows have seen better days. I now have a really sore back. I’ve just been to My Cosy in Paisley and it was leaps and bounds above this place. Be aware if you are lone, female. This is not a ‘home from home,’ well certainly not my home - but I don’t like in a ghetto. I have booked a much nicer apartment in a better area for my next stay. I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location bUt needs a lot of TLC

It was the location I wanted to be in and it was quiet

NO WIFI AND NO TV TO BE HONEST THE OWENER TOLD ME THEY HAD THE WIFI CHANGED THE DAY BEFORE THAT THEY HAD CHANGED THE WIFI PROVIDER AND CONTACT HIM. I HAD MY OWN PHONE WITH UNLIMITED WIFI SO NOT A PROBLEM AND I WAS VISITING FRIENDS SO I ONLY SLEPT THERE. THE PLACE WAS VERY DATED THE BEDSIDE LAMS FLICKERED OF AND ON SO I JUST SWITCHED THEM OF (ALOOSE WIRE I THINK) THE LIGHTING IN THE LIVING ROOM AN BEDROOM WAS FAR TOO LOW PROBABLY SO YOU DID SEE THE OLD DECOR THE SHOWER HEAD WOULD NOT STAY AT THE POSITION I WANTED ON THE RAIL AND JUST KEPT FALLING DOWN THE HOT WATER BOILER IS VERY NOISY. THIS SOUNDS A LOT BOT IT DIDNT STOP ME FROM ENJOYING MY WEEK END THE WHOLE PLACE JUST NEEDS SOME UPDATINGK

Pleasant stay at this property in Dundee;

The place itself did not feel like something I had booked a stay in but rather had been invited. Being quite a distance away from home for a meeting does bring up a lot of what ifs, it's normal. MyCosy is the perfect home for any duration.

There was a strange smell in the flat during our stay, the sofa was very uncomfortable and the shower didn’t drain properly.

Warm,outside has -3 * then inside the heater set on 20* and i felt so comfortable,manual bottom which you just need to adjust,when i arrived it was on"what many owners don't do before guests arriving".Amazing shower work properly good.Spacious overlooking a back garden accessible through communal door.Thanks and see you again.

Perfect base for exploring the wonderful city of Dundee.

Mycosy Provost Road is a really nice apartment. Its very clean and today and has everything you want for a city break. the location is ideal, there’s shops, bakery, takeaway and bar literally a few minutes walk away. My son & I walked into town which only took around 30 mins. Communication from the Hosts was perfect every step of the way. There’s also a handy welcome pack that explains how to use everything in great detail. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Although the flat itself is adequate with an acceptable state of surface cleanliness, the overall standard is not good e

The location is in quite a rough area with no decent bars or restaurants close by. One of the flats opposite had boarded up windows. The entrance to MyCosy has graffiti on the wall. The entrance door & hall is very dingy. It is not possible to hang clothes in the wardrobe due to the storage of ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner etc.

Good value for money

Lovely clean and spacious flat, excellent location if you are looking to explore Dundee and Broughty Ferry. Convenience store close by and a very nice Chinese takeaway.

Main door to the flats is left unlocked and when you enter into the building there is no light, so not only does it feel unsafe at night, you also can't see to put the key in the door. Both nights we had to use our phone torches to navigate into the flat. The part of the shower that adjusts the height of the shower head is broken, so it sits very low - I'm about 161cm tall and had to duck down to wash my hair.
