Die Lage ist wirklich gut man ist sehr Nahe dem Strand und doch in der Stadt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und gibt gute Tipps. Die Küche ist halbwegs gut ausgestattet.
Die Sauberkeit könnte eine Spur besser sein.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko do stacji kolejowej, przystanku autobusowego, sklepu COOP oraz plaży. Przydatna klimatyzacja. Pralka, której nie było w ogłoszeniu, a okazała się przydatna. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Niestety standard apartamentu nie odpowiada temu co zostało zamieszczone w ogłoszeniu (zdjęcia mają już wiele lat i nie odpowiadają stanowi faktycznemu). Czystość na bardzo niskim poziomie, zaniedbany ogród, cieknąca woda, zniszczony parasol ogrodowy, stare brudne łóżka i narzuty, zapadnięte materace, zapuszczone dywany i braki w wyposażeniu (brak worków na śmieci). Okolica też niezbyt przyjazna dla oka (na ładniejszą plażę trzeba jechać autobusem do Giovino), brudno i dużo śmieci.
