Very convenient location, many shops nearby, spacious parking lot. Huge advantage. We were walking mainly, so we reached oldtown in 40+minutes.
Instructions how to get to the apartment were clear, owner was helpful.
Wifi was working fine.
Kitchen: there is an oven, induction cooktop, pan, pots, cups, kettle. We found sunflower oil inside so did not need to buy it for cooking.
Bed: normal, clean sheets. There is also a sofa in sitting-room.
TV with channels available, you can also watch youtube and connect to netflix if you have subscription.
Elevator is available.
Well, talking with an owner was convenient, we were having conversations on booking app. Owner was polite, friendly, answered quickly and helped when it was needed.
I believe that price for this flat is a little too high as we could not find basic indoor amenities: dish detergent, spatula, one of the knives was dull and broken, no coffee, tea, sugar, salt or pepper options, missing kitchen towel, one trash bag only, no clothing iron. It seems that this apartment is not used for a long stay, or living.
Compared to other places that I have spent my holidays in, those basic amenities and more were present, at this location I surely missed them. All in all, it is a great place for a short stay, we left a small note for an owner, so it might be that apartment itself would be improved in future.

Patiko tik tai kad į septintą aukšta nereikėjo lipti laiptais buvo liftas. Namie internetas ir televizija.
Iš balkono gražus vaizdas.
Vone - supelijusi, kriauklės čiaupas kliba, pati kriauklė taip pat kliba, vonios kriauklės spintelė sulužusi.
Svetainėje - sofa lova sulužusi, nepatogi miegojimui
Virtuvėje - indai su pridusiu kvapų
Miegamasis - lovos rėmas purvinas, lovos spintelės sulužusios.
