Low quality, too high price

Broken air-condition. Water from A/C was dropping all night on the bed I was wet and couldn't sleep. In the bathroom very unpleasant smell. You need to ask everyday for toilet paper because you get only 1 per day.

It was in a nice quiet street. The bedrooms are separated, nice balcony with a street view. Clean apartment, towels were changed every 3 days. Milica is very nice, always availablevia Viber. Good wifi on the spot

No palm trees, although we booked this apartment mistly because of the palms.

Great vacation !

Apartment was clean. Host was very nice. Many thanks to Milica. Great location- close to both Petrovac and Lucice beach, next to the supermarket. Nice and quiet area. We spent only 4 nights, but we are coming back soon! :)

Fantastic views - especially Kotor bay - Petrovac more cosy than Budva. Very good location.

Location was perfect. Near both Petrovac beach and Lucice beach - appr. 10 minutes walk. Near to the supermarket and 5 minutes to bus stop. Nice "house lady".

Didn´t like that the local buses come whenever they wanted. Sometimes 40-50 minutes late.... For me personally were there too many cats around (not only around the property). The personell in the supermarket were not polite at all.... Bad english also.

Extra value for the money, recommend for vacation with children

Comfortable apartment, very quiet neighborhood Perfect for relaxation- especially with kids, Very clean and excellent equipped Near to the beach

There are some things to improve- in terms of the service in the apartment - nevertheless taking in consideration all positive things regarding accommodation - price, location, comfort- it is clear 10

Очень удобное расположение - всё рядом

Расположение - топ! 2 пляжа рядом, до пляжа Петровац 5 минут пешком, до Лучице - 10. Есть несколько пешеходных троп с красивыми видами на море. Прям совсем рядом супермаркет, набережная, кафе, а также небольшой рынок. Апартаменты очень чистые, бельё и полотенца меняли. Есть 2 кондиционера, холодильник, посуда. Всего хватало. Очень понравился персонал. Они всегда были на связи по любым вопросам, быстро всё решалось.

Нет своей парковки. А на улице в сезон найти место очень сложно, приходится парковаться далеко

Obiekt bardzo przestronny, czysty, zadbany, wyjątkowo użyteczny, personel bardzo pomocny i miły. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne- kuchenka gazowa, lodówka i zamrażarka, mikrofala, naczynia i sztućce, garnki , czajnik, łazienka perfect - woda cieplutka , ręczniki, pościel , środki czystości. Klimatyzacja w pomieszczeniach , taras z krzesełkami i stołem. Super 🙌 🤗 Milica wyjątkowo troskliwa, opiekuńcza i bardzo kontaktowa. Super osoba. Polecamy
