The location was convenient for walking into Polperro. Also easy for travelling away for the day. In addition, it was adjacent to the public bus service, which was an hourly regular local trip to Looe and Liskeard, plus a 2 hourly bus to Plymouth.
No complaints at all.

The peace and quiet.
You could hear the river when you opened the windows and that was lovely.
There was nothing not to like, it was stunning.
