Lia's Guest House

Host was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Views were lovely and bed comfortable.

All good

Excellent view!

Not a bad thing, it's just 1k from the main road.

This was the best accommodation we had in three weeks staying in Georgia. The apartment was amazing, we couldn't believe our luck! It was really bright, spacious, well furnished and supplied and the views from the windows and balcony were incredible. The large shower area with a shower curtain to protect the rest of the bathroom wasn't standard in Georgia so was a nice bonus. We stayed three days, but could happily have stayed a week - the location is fantastic for seeing Sighnaghi, just a couple of minutes from the main sights but away from the traffic of the main streets. Of course that also meant we had great views of the town from our window and also down to the flat valley below and the Caucasus mountains. Communication was great - our host spoke fantastic English and was always keen to make sure we were enjoying our stay - she couldn't have been more helpful or responsive.

Lia was lovely and so accommodating. The terrace and view was great!

It’s a little hard to get to and the shower was broken. There isn’t hot water after 4pm (this is the town policy not Lea)
