Apartment Stanisic

We had a truly perfect stay at Stanisic Apartments! The house and apartment are beautiful, surrounded by a lovely garden with a big olive tree that was simply amazing. The view is stunning, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal – lots of gorgeous beaches nearby and one of the best restaurants, Marko Polo, just a few minutes’ walk away. The island itself is breathtaking with stunning nature and crystal-clear water. A trip to the nearby island of Badija is definitely a must! Nikola, the owner, was extremely nice and very responsive, making everything even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful and peaceful time here, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing stay.

The apartment was large, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. It was pleasant to breakfast and enjoy the sunset from the terrace, though it could get hot in the morning. The location was remote, but if you have experience of Korcula and do not need to spend time in the old town, the location is actually convenient. In any case you need a car, and be comfortable driving on Korcula roads.

When our favorite restaurant in Pupnat was booked up, there were no nearby reasonable restaurant choices. The apartment is well set up for preparing meals, if that is what you are prepared to do, however.

L interno dell’appartamento è nuovo, rifatto , molto bello. Bagni cucina pavimenti ecc molto bello. La spiaggia privata è carina e facilmente accessibile . Posizione buona per raggiungere in 15 min circa il centro di corkula . Contesto silenzioso , appartato. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di vino e 250 ml di olio in omaggio (tutto di sua produzione). A pochi metri c è una Konoba a conduzione familiare molto carina dove abbiamo mangiato bene.

All’arrivo alle ore 16.00, come concordato e ridetto al proprietario tramite Booking (con sua conferma) l appartamento non era pronto. Ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli e ci ha detto di tornare dopo due ore. L’appartamento non era quello prenotato su Booking . Noi avevamo scelto un appartamento con terrazzino fronte mare che era già occupato e ci è stato dato un appartamento del tutto carino all interno, ma con il terrazzo piccolissimo con mezza vista mare e una pianta enorme che ostacolava visuale. Il titolare con naturalezza ci ha detto sono uguali, ma la vista era diversa e avevamo scelto per quello. Mancano le zanzariere alle finestre per cui è difficile tenere aperto. Durante i primi due giorni di soggiorno ci sono stati problemi di perdite di acqua del wc e della doccia. Il titolare è stato disponibile a risolvere sempre però ci sono stati tanti disguidi nel complesso. L appartamento inoltre non era pulito bene , soprattutto il bagno che ho ripulito .
