L'emplacement est parfait. Il y a une très belle vue sur la mer. Il suffit de traverser une voie peu passante pour aller se baigner. L'appartement de l'étage était refait à neuf avec une très belle vue depuis le salon/salle à manger. La terrasse du rez-de-chaussée était très agréable.
L'appartement au rez-de-chaussée était sombre et vieillot. Il mériterait d'être rénové.

Lovely view of the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is 15 min from Korcula town by car, so it is quiet and calm. We loved every minute there. The owner is very helpful but not pushy.
You can swim 10m from the house anytime in the sea, which is a bonus.
The 2 apartment is separated from each other; they have distinct pathways. This was important for us, to have breakfast on the terrace undisturbed. The sun umbrella is very flexible, so we could adjust it to create shade when the sun shined at a low angle. This is a really enjoyable apartment.
Nothing, we really loved this apartment.
