Large, open and clean appartment. Host is friendly and helpful. Metro easy to navigate.

Parking is the street, which is a challenge. There is no parking on site. Bed isn't the best neither are the sheets.

Superb apartment, good location

Great apartment, just outside the centre of city. Super easy to find and access is made even easier as it’s on Lingotto line (3 mins walk). Parked at Marche and took line to Rivoli as recommended! Super easy! Host was really helpful and pleasant, made check in very easy. Apartment was spotless and well equipped Would recommend 💯!

A very nice apartment, very kind and helpful host, Good value for money.

The appartment was very nice. Nice decoration, comfortable, close to the metro, shops really nearby.

Some difficulty for parking around the neighborhood. The fridge and the toilet were not very clean but these things may happen. A host can't be countable for some negligence now and then from the cleaning staff.

Torino the town of culture

A nice spacious apartment close to both metro and tram so very easy to get to city centre. Bakery downstairs bars and restaurants close by. Torino is a lovely city with some incredible museums. Automobile & Egyptian especially good. Free parking in street.

First in for parking spots can be a bit tricky.

The location close to the metro station. Very easy to reach the historical centre quickly. The apartment is spacious and the A/C in the bedroom is a real plus.

Our arrival was quite impersonal: it was difficult to communicate with the person who was sent by the landlord to give us the keys. However, he was available by text message or phone anytime we needed. In terms of equipment: no dishwasher and the toilet flush was noisy all the time (even at night...)

Disappointing

The location is really close to the metro station

Back in December when we were looking for a place to stay for our 3 days/9people vacation in Turin, we found this place. The reviews were great and for the price given we decided to book it. We booked 2 apartments wich were ment to be in the same building with 200€ as a refundable deposit and 650-ish €. Days before our arrival the host informed us that the apartments are actually in separate buildings ( one in front of the other) and the deposit would be 400€ for both. At first we found it a bit strange because we booked something else but we didn't worry about that. When we arrived at the place (at 17.30 as the chek-in time was set) just one apartment was ready for us unfortunately, and we found out that the second apartment is actually 2 streets away. Again, a bit strange but we didn t want to make a big deal about it. But the worst was just about to be be revealed: the bed linen from the couch on living room was really dirty (with piss stain on it I guess)- and we couldn't use that bed, not enough blankets for 5 persons, only 4 chairs for 5 people in one appartment, the plates and glasses were stained, we didn't get trash bags or kitchen towels so we had to buy our own, in the bedroom we had just 3 shelves to put our clothes one of wich was stained badly, the WiFi conection was unstable, and the WORST part- it was really COLD in every room. All the radiators had "do not touch signs on them" and we couldn't set the temperature higher in NONE of the apartments (I think that the thermostat was linked via Wi-fi to the host phone and when we tried to set the temperature higher it got back down...) We informed the host about the situation and he told us to "open the windows so the humidity will decrease and we will not be cold" wich we did but ended up freezing at night... In one appartment we got some heat but the other one didn't receive any... in those cold nights of January.

perfect cozy place

We are really satisfied with our stay at this apartment. If you are looking for a cozy place to say in with all comfortable things for living - it is the best choice for you (everything that was in description we had at the apartment). The location is very comfortable: there is a nearby a metro station, but in case of you like to explore the city on foot you can easily reach the city center and enjoy that 30-40 minutes walk. And the biggest thanks to owners! They were so attentive and helpful. There were no problems with the communication or other things, concerning the apartment. Sincerely recommend you this place❤️

Exceptional

The owner Salvatore was very kind and helped us a lot. It was a whole apartement for a fair price. The location wasn't in the center but very close to the metro station, from where it took only a few minutes to the center. The apartement was very big and had everything you need, it was also very clean! There was a nice bakery in the building next to the apartment's building where we could get nice breakfast. There are also many free parkings around if you travel by car. If we come back to Turin we'll defienetly stay there again! :)

The appartement location, a bakery just going down the stairs; 350m the trainway, 150m the metro, a grocery at 100m, a minimarket just besides. The elevator :D Appartment size nicely decorated, climatisation in the bedroom, the welcome of our host Cristine's husband, he was great, plenty of conseils and explanations.

Appartamento delizioso così come mostrato in foto. Vicinissimo alla metro Rivoli ( 10 mn sei in centro) e ai servizi (supermercati panetteria bar). Comodo anche per chi come noi andava allo stadio. Il proprietario Salvatore gentile e molto disponibile.

Es war Klasse!

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima, nicht zu zentral aber man ist schnell mit der Straßenbahn in der City. Sehr stylisch und durchdacht eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr gepflegt und top sauber, auch die Waschmaschine (ich hatte schon Ferienwohnungen da war die Maschine unhygenischer, wie meine 4 Tage alte Sportwäsche)! Alles vorhanden was man braucht, der Bäcker ist die Versuchung pur und was wir dort kauften war ausgezeichnet. Mit dem parken des Autos, hatten wir Glück. Einen Parkplatz vor der Haustür zu bekommen, ist eher ungewöhnlich. Ich würde das Appartment jederzeit wieder mieten.

-Salvatore ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und liebenswerter Mensch. Er fragte stets nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei. In der Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Distanz zum Zentrum und zum Allianz-Stadium ist sehr gut. Eine in einer Tiefgarage sich befindende abschliessbare Garagenbox, kann in einer Entfernung von fünf Gehminuten dazu gemietet werden.

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Torino

Appartamento pulito, moderno, situato al piano terra in un quartiere tranquillo e a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, comodissima per raggiungere il centro. Soluzione perfetta per chi arriva in auto, perchè si trova piuttosto agilmente parcheggio gratuito nei pressi del condominio. La comunicazione con l'host è ottima. Consigliato!!

L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a due passi dalla metro e dalle fermate dei bus, è collegato molto bene, La casa è grande, pulita, luminosa e munita di tutti i comfort, letto comodo, tapparelle oscuranti e un terrazzino delizioso che da sul cortile che purtroppo dato il freddo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare molto. Salvatore, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo!
