Posizione centralissima, stanze molto grandi praticamente miniappartamenti. Accesso come se fossi a casa, ti danno le chiavi. Prezzo molto basso.
Struttura interamente da ristrutturare, infissi vecchi, suppellettili vecchie, muri con umidità. L'acqua della doccia diventa rapidamente tiepida e poi fredda.
