De woning voldeed zeker aan onze verwachtingen, prima bedden, uitstekende locatie ondanks dat er in het dorp niet veel te beleven viel. Het interieur is niet van het modernste maar alles wat we nodig hadden was voorhanden. Top! Heel vriendelijk onthaal door Patrick.

We had a 2 night stop for a rest on our journey from The Perigord back to the UK. The house is very quirky and full of character. It was very quiet and peaceful, which was what we were looking for. The beds were made up and ready and there were many towels and also spare toilet rolls. There are mosquito nets on the upstairs windows so it was nice to keep windows open and hear the birds in the morning. There is plenty of room in the house for relaxing. The terrace was perfect with a beautiful view and plenty of seating. The bird song was lovely. Patrick welcomed us and showed us round and explained everything. And came early Sunday morning to close up and return our deposit monies. Communication with the owner was good. We would stay again for a stop over.

The house was equipped with 3 bedrooms and there was also a bed in the upstairs shower room which was a little strange to us. The pillows were not good - very flat - not sure if that is a French thing? The kitchen is very small, which may be an issue for more than 4 guests. The garden around the house could do with some care and attention. The deposit for breakages had to be in cash as we do not use cheques any more. This was a bit of a nuisance as we were on our way home and didn't really want to be left with 300 euros at the end of our trip. Also a shame for Patrick who had to come over before 7.30am on a Sunday morning to refund.
