Amazing view, great swimming pool (we were in September, so the water was quite cold, but still enjoyable), the owner (Ms Lorena) was very helpful and kind. On top of that, Murta Maria is a lovely town, close to Olbia, which is in turn close to Costa Smeralda. Well worth your money!

The host thoughtfully arranged a meet-and-greet to handover the keys at our late night arrival. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and enough staples in the pantry to tide us over until we went to the shops. The villa was perfect for our family, and yes, the photos advertised are just as the place is. Everything we needed was provided. It was tranquil, spotlessly clean, in a fantastic location. We would definitely return!
wifi could be better in bedrooms, but a minor inconvenience. Yes the kitchen is small but functional and suited our needs. A great range of restaurants nearby and I don't holiday to spend it in the kitchen!

Wow, what an amazing property. We loved our time at Villa Romantica and were sad to leave.
The host Lorena was fantastic from the outset, she made contact with us immediately after booking and she kept in regular contact before and during our stay which was a lovely touch. The property is wonderful - 3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms - kitchen - living room - outside terrace with a fantastic view of the pool and the beach below. In fact we had 3 lovely beaches all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Or if you prefer the outstanding Porto Istana beach was 7 mins by car.
If the Sardinian weather gets too hot the property had air-conditioning also. The private pool area was very relaxing - all we could hear was birdsong - no loud music from any nearby properties - it was so peaceful.
we hired a car and went out for food several nights - 15 mins by car to Olbia or 40 to Porto Rotondo or Porto Cervo.
The airport was 15 mins by car also.
Over the years we have been to many places - this one is spectacular by comparison. very much recommend.
The only downside was more to do with the pandemic than the property i think, but the two nearby restaurants and on site mini market were closed so we needed a car if we wanted to eat out or buy some food, but don't let that hold you back - Murta Maria is a short drive and there is ample choice there.
