Lovely apartment near the sea, very kind owners, we can just recommend this place.

Very well equipped kitchen and large veranda with brick barbecue for outdoor meals. The local restaurants in Splitska are a short walk and looked good but we didn't eat out once during our week long stay because the apartment was like a home away from home. We bought fresh fish from Postira and cooked it on the barbecue which was fantastic and would have cost a fortune in a restaurant. The sea was close by with plenty of shade and space to camp on the flat rocks for the day or afternoon and go back to the apartment whenever needed. The host was always reachable and helpful with local information and despite being a family property (hence well equipped) is very professionally operated.

Garbage has to be taken to a public bin and is not separated out for recycling. There are some large recycling bins in Splitska for bottles/glass but not for food or general waste. It's not the fault of the property but the car ferry waiting times on both sides are really bad at peak times with a 2-3 hour wait. You will almost certainly be waiting for several ferries which also affects the traffic around Supetar when the ferry queue backs up. It may be better to hire a car on the island rather than at Split airport. Anyone with mobility issues should avoid the apartment due to the steps but it was ok for older children.

Full accordance between price and accomodations. Fantastic location. All conditions for good vacation - great nature, nearby beach, fantastic sea, very good household accomadations, very clean apartment.
