A 100% authentic Piedmont experience. It's one thing to drive into the valley and see how beautiful it is. It's another to pull into one of the vineyards, up to the chateau, and make it part of your experience. Sul Bric Dei Capalot delivered beyond our imagination. The host Loredana was very helpful and flexible. She even gave us details about the area and things to do which deepened our appreciation for where we were staying. Can't recommend them enough!

The perfect place to spend a few days.

Perfect location to visit unesco villages for wine food and history. We were able to relax by the pool and bbq area with amazing tranquility and views.

Great location, fantastic view

The location on the edge of La Morra and in the heart of the Langhe hills is great and the views from the property across endless vineyards are stunning. It's great to be able to walk up into town on paths through the vines. Loredana was very helpful with information and communication both before and during our stay.

The driveway up from the road is not for the faint of heart - very steep and gravelly in places. You do get used to it though!

Great experience.

What a great place to stay at! We can't wait to return, and I think this summarize our experience. It's an old house in the vineyards, with beautiful stylish apartments, and a lot of attention to details, and a great owner. The kitchen is very well equipped, so we prepared our breakfasts & one dinner very easily. The area is beautiful, and it's a 15 minutes drive to Alba (and the required PCR test...). I highly recommend it, and hope yo return soon!

Perfect spot to relax or explore beautiful Piemonte

I only can highly recommend this place. Loredana is so friendly and helpful, we would definitely like to come back. The views from the balconies and pool area are extraordinary, the apartment has everything you need, including good kitchen tools. We’ve hiked a lot in the surrounding area, beautiful! This is also a great place to visit other villages, such as Barolo and Barbaresco.

We had a fabulous weekend at this property. The place was spotless and the property was perfect for our family. Air conditioner in the bedroom was bonus. The area is beautiful and the view from our two balconies were spectacular! If the orange apartment is available, book it. We would recommend this property and the owners to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing place to spend a few days. Enjoy!!

If I had to comment on anything, the bed was a bit hard for us. However, that is our preference, not anything to complain about. A bonus...lots of big, comfy pillows!

Nice vacation appartment in La Morra

The appartment is nicely located in the wineyards and La Morra and other small cosy towns are easily reached by car. The owner Loredana and her partner does an amazing job to make you feel welcome and can recommend local restaurant and events. Additional the appartment was super well equiped - even with dishwasher. Highly recommended for your vacation in Piemonte 🍷

Gelungener Familienausflug mit Trüffelgenuss

Die Unterkunft war sehr praktisch. Die 3 gebuchten Einheiten (je mit Schlafzimmer+Bad+Wohnküche) konnten separat oder miteinander im Verbund genutzt werden. Es war alles vorhanden und in tadellosem Zustand. Die Übernahme und Rückgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Die Betten waren bequem und es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Parkplätze waren ebenfalls kostenlos beim Haus verfügbar. Alles war sehr sauber.

Wat een heerlijke accomodatie. De locatie, de eigenaresse en het appartement zelf. We hebben ontzettend genoten en kunnen dit iedereen aanraden. Loredane doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.

Stilvolle Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die großzügige FeWo inmitten der Weinberge besticht durch den wunderschönen Blick in die Hügellandschaft des Piemont. Die Einrichtung des historischen Gebäudes ist ansprechend und verbreitet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das WLAN hat nur unzulässig funktioniert, ebenso der Fernsehempfang.

Bella vista, peccato il mancato relax…

Posto sulla collina con bellissima vista sui vigneti e a pochi passi da vari borghi caratteristici. Appartamento pulito, grande e munito di tutto quello serve, con letti comodi, sdraio, ombrelloni , etc. Non serve portare nulla da casa. Cortesia dei proprietari.

Non mi piaciuto il fatto che per una coppia che frequentava la struttura da un po’ di anni, clienti quindi affezionati, fosse concesso solo a loro di portare parenti ed amici all’interno di essa, facendo mancare relax e tranquillità, chiacchierando a voce alta, fumando e smangiucchiando a bordo piscina. Le regole secondo me devono valere per tutti. Inoltre a mio figlio sono spariti dei tappi per le orecchie per la piscina mai più ritrovati e la loro custodia mai riconsegnata. Quindi bisogna fare attenzione ai propri oggetti personali perché possono essere presenti persone che non soggiornano in struttura.

Se proprio devo trovare un “difetto” è il fatto che su booking erano indicati nelle fotografie quattro alloggi tutti con l’accesso diretto sulla piscina.invece a noi è stata assegnata un locale con l’ingresso e le finestre che davano sulla strada sterrata dalla parte opposta della piscina. Ma ciononostante posto incantevole

centraal gelegen en appartement van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief thee, koffie, kruiden, afwasmiddel, wc-papier, theedoeken etcetera. De host, Loredana, is vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Prachtig uitzicht over de wijngaarden.
