The apartment has a nice balcony with seating area.

On booking.com, the accommodation is marked as "One-Bedroom House" in a "separate building". So we expected that it would be a separate house and not an apartment in an apartment house. In addition to the apartment, there are very noisy neighbors who sing all night and day. That's why we were a bit disappointed.

Ottima soluzione per il weekend

Pulizia dell’alloggio, gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, che ha lasciato un faldone con alcuni suggerimenti per luoghi da visitare e locali in cui pranzare e fare colazione. La casa è ben attrezzata e ha un bellissimo terrazzino dove abbiamo fatto colazione.

La passeggiata per la spiaggia non è brevissima… fattibilissima per i giovani, ma forse non troppo adatta per persone più anziane. La casa è molto rumorosa, è stato un po’ complicato dormire.

Quartier calme proche de la ville. Parking devant la résidence.

Lit très inconfortable et en très mauvais état.Equipement sommaire (1 lampe de chevet). Télévision qui fonctionne très mal. Pas de wifi.

Posizione ok ma immobile da rivedere.

Posizione, presenza di un bel balcone e bagno rinnovato.

Mancanza totale di manutenzione dell’immobile (doccino che perdeva e soffione che funzionava male, ante cucina arrugginite, lavatrice ammaccata che non era stata installata bene e si spostava per la stanza), scarsa disponibilità dell’host a delle semplici richieste, pavimento con dislivello perché mal installato, poco adatto a delle famiglie

Per soggiorni brevi va bene

Posizione tranquilla, terrazzo ampio e godibile, silenzioso, letti comodi.

Luce del bagno sfarfallava, non era avvitata bene, ciuffi di polvere per terra e visibile anche sopra le pale del ventilatore della camera, il boiler, forse datato, permette la doccia calda a 2 persone ma se fate veloce anche 3 persone. Va bene per 2 3 giorni di soggiorno e se non si deve cucinare.

Alloggio pulito, accogliente e in posizione tranquilla, ciò nonostante a soli 10 min a piedi dal mare, quindi molto comodo. Da consigliare.

appartamento confortevole con tutto il necessario, peccato che sia un po distante dal mare ma per noi visto che doveva essere solo base di partenza per le escursioni che avevamo previsto è andato benissimo.
