Disappointing

There were parts that could not be used due to exterior work, and I think that stopping the rental of this house would be helpful to the reputation.

Wonderful

It was comfortable and clean.

The coffee machine is not clean. It smells very bad because it was left closed and wet... Please just fix that. Everything else was perfect. Will stay there again.

Great potential but host treats you with indifference.

Overall it was a good property. The location was OK but not near the beach and further than indicated in the description according to Google maps. There was coffee and sugar available.

Hot water did not work at all, only cold. The bed description was incorrect, it has one double, one sofa bed and one single, no twin as in the description. Could not get the washing machine to work at all, not even for a quick rinse. Toilet flush did not work, you had to turn the cistern supply on and off to stop the water running. If you are tall like my son and I the shower was a bit claustrophobic, it was small, this would not have been an issue if the other basic services had worked. Quite a bit of sound, running up and down, from appt. above. Again I probably wouldn't have minded if we could have had some hot water to wash with.

Appartamento silenzioso e confortevole.

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Una nota particolare: asciugamani morbidi e profumati e lenzuola pure profumate. Da segnalare disponibilita' e gentilezza nella consegna delle chiavi.

Consiglio qs struttura, a 900mt dal mare, posizione tranquilla, pulita, moderna, bel balcone.

Posizione tranquilla, parcheggio riservato, pulizia e gentilezza.

Il materasso del divano letto lo trovo ideale per due bambini, non per due adulti ma capisco che forse non sia possibile metterne un altro. Davvero troppo basso e rete molto rumorosa.

Ottimo soggiorno ma un po' deluso

Mi piace Loano il mare e la compagnia che abbiamo nel paese.

Non mi è piaciuto che non mi è stato spiegato dal proprietario che tra l'altro non l'ho visto ma sentito al telefono dove parcheggiare vicino alla struttura e parcheggiando una via dopo ho preso una multa perché il primo mercoledì del mese era previsto il lavaggio della strada ed io non essendo del posto non mi sono accorto perché il cartello era all'inizio della via.

Loano è sempre Loano, ma un invito a chi propone alloggi ad essere più chiari ed onesti.

Alloggio accogliente, arredo moderno, provvisto del necessario per il soggiorno.

Richiesta di informazioni, se possibile portare cane di piccola taglia e se la struttura è accessibile a persona con disabilità motoria, durante la prenotazione e successivamente per email senza alcuna risposta. Solo in seguito a richiesta telefonica siamo stati informati che la struttura si trova al piano rialzato. La grande sorpresa l'abbiamo avuta appena vista la casa in cui si trova l'immobile sulla quale sono in corso lavori di rifacimento facciata e tetto. Al nostro arrivo non troviamo nessuno ad accoglierci, ma in seguito a telefonata al numero di riferimento viene informato il proprietario dell'alloggio che viene tempestivamente ad accoglierci ed alla vista del cagnolino pare infastidito dal possibile abbaiare dello stesso. Ma come il cane disturba? Ci sono lavori sullo stabile dalle h. 7.45 alle 18.00, sabato compreso, soprattutto sul tetto e soprattutto l'appartamento non si trova al piano rialzato ma al secondo e ultimo piano, quindi sembrava che il soffitto potesse crollarci addosso da un momento all'altro. Che dire? Ho dato 6 ma lascio a voi giudicare. Il prezzo? Mi sarei aspettata uno sconto visto quello che abbiamo trovato!
