Very central. Great location. Easy to find. Arrived later after reception was closed. Instructions as to how to enter and access room were super clear. Rooms are decent and well equipped. Second time staying here for me. This is not a hotel, but a great place to stay which is very central and very quiet which I like.
Nothing.

Great location- easy walk to the castle and 20 minutes to the Duomo. The hotel is on the first floor of a building. The receptionist was very clear with how to access the building and the room. The room was larger than anticipated. They offered welcome snacks and had water/coke/beer in the refrigerator.

The location is very convenient, close to the park and the railway station.
The corridors and rooms are filled with artificial chemical fragrance, which is very uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the room needs to be strengthened.
