The bedroom and bathroom are both big and very comfortable. It was easy to get to from Milano Centrale and conveniently close to Linate. I only stayed one evening but I was warmly welcomed by staff and it was easy to access the facility with the codes.
When I booked it said there was a view of the castle. I did not have this view and could only see trees as I was on the first floor. So that was a bit disappointing. There was a mosquito in my room while I was sleeping I could hear it buzzing around so I didn't get much sleep. There were no gluten free snacks available. It was a little noisy from the floor above.

Firstly, we appreciated the greeting on arrival. We would send extremely impressed with the cleanliness of our room and facilities as this is very important to us. The Location was absolutely perfect. The generosity of having some cool beverages in the fridge and little snacks on the side were also very thoughtful.

Elegant building, lovely decor, great location
I didn’t know I had to sort the trash into separate recyclables until I was throwing away and the porter came to tell me! Eek

The location is very convenient, close to the park and the railway station.
The corridors and rooms are filled with artificial chemical fragrance, which is very uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the room needs to be strengthened.
