Very nice apartment, modern and comfortable. I recommend it because it's located near the main road and has easy access to the city center. I'll gladly return there next time I'm in Madrid. Cool place.
The downside is that the bathroom unfortunately had some hair on the floor and shower. There's no kettle, even though it's listed in the description. The worst part is that the doors are like paper, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Especially since the apartment is right next to the elevator. From 6 a.m. onward, you can hear conversations, knocking, etc. I recommend investing in soundproofing the doors.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The air conditioning was a huge plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the owner was superb—friendly, responsive, and always helpful.
The bathroom could benefit from some minor upgrades, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.
