Herzliche Begrüßung und Informationsweitergabe über die Gegend. In der Küche und auch sonst ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Der nahe Seezugang mit Liegen und Sonnenschirme ist herrlich!
Bei extremer Hitze kann die Wohnung nicht gut abgedunkelt werden. Das war früher - vor dem Klimawandel - wahrscheinlich auch nicht notwendig.
