Veľmi dobre vybavenie apt- všetko čo sme potrebovali bolo k dispozícii- kuchynské vybavenie, fén, susiak na prádlo, pracka, dokonca aj zehliaca doska so žehličkou, dostatok uterákov. Krásny výhľad z 8 poschodia. Ubytovatel hneď reagoval na akékoľvek naše otázky. K moru cca 5 min. miernym kopcekom. Bezproblemove parkovanie zdarma hneď pri apt komplexe. V tesnej blízkosti rušnej ulice s obchodmi.

The property was clean and everything you needed for your stay was available in the apartment and the air con was very good. The pool bar and main pool was closed as seasonal but the smaller pools were still open and good with plenty of sunbathing area including the garden area which we loved . There was plenty of bars and restaurants right on our door step and a bus stop just around the corner. The apartment block itself was always kept clean and tidy . all in all a good stay

Had a problem with the shower head holder been broken so had to hold it over you to shower which wasn't very inconvenient and on reporting it was told the maintenance man was off sick which we understood but still wasn't fixed on our 9 night stay . The bedding although very clean looked well used and was all miss matched. Only had 1 tea towel for a 9 night stay. The minor problems we had did not spoil any part of our holiday and are for review only

We liked the location of the apartment as it’s mid distance between the beachfront and the town of Arroyo de la Miel where the train station is. It’s also very close to Parque de la Paloma which is a favourite of ours. The apartment was clean, had air conditioning and is well equipped with the basics we needed. The host had kindly provided toilet paper, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and cooking oil. The apartment is also very close to a supermarket, shops and restaurants. The pool area is lovely. It’s large with plenty of sun loungers, a pool bar and toilet facilities.

The toilet flush is tricky to work as it’s loose and the wall holder for the shower is also broken so we hold the shower head needs to be held while washing. The bed was really uncomfortable for us. It’s a very soft mattress and so are the pillows. The sheets provided were an empty double duvet cover and one single knitted throw. We couldn’t find any other sheets or blanket to change the bed. The apartment building is also very noisy. It’s close to the elevator which is loud and the door often slams closed. You can also clearly hear all conversation from people in the hallways and neighbouring apartments. Although the pool area is great the main section of it was closed from 30th of September which was disappointing as that was half way through our stay. The bed and noise issue were the main unfortunates for us. We appreciate the noise is out of the host’s control but an updated mattress and bedding would make such a huge difference for sleep quality.
