Popi Studios

We loved Popi. She is attentive, generous, great breakfasts and provides helpful information.

Very Greek. Some folks may not like to stay fairly high up in Chora, but we found the location great for good restaurants and just sightseeing.

The space outside (type of balcony) had a nice view while being calm. The breakfast every morning was different and delicious and carefully taken caren of from the lovely owner. Parking not available outside the property, but in the public parking space about 5' walking.

No matter the cleanliness every day which was impeccable, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom I think coming from the sewage system.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay in Astypalaia. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house was beautiful, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed. The location, the atmosphere, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality. The lovely lady who welcomed us was genuinely one of the warmest and kindest hosts we’ve ever met. She made us feel at home from the very first moment and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us a delicious homemade breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and beautiful touch and something we’ll definitely remember. You could really feel the care and love behind every detail. We had an amazing stay and honestly wouldn’t change a single thing. It’s one of those places you feel lucky to discover and would happily come back to without a second thought. Thank you for making our time in Astypalaia so special. We couldn’t recommend this place and its wonderful hospitality enough! 🤍

Collected from the port and taken to our traditional little house which had a ground floor room with double bed, sofa and kitchen with bathroom and additional double bedroom downstairs. Only stayed 1 night and Popi brought us a great breakfast in the morning before taking us to the port.

Very steep staircase to the bathroom. Some noise due to location in Chora.
