The pool boosts a spa, 19 inch deep tanning shelf, glass tile table and fire feature in the center of the pool tile table. The spa's spillway is a soothing waterfall into the pool and the perfect spot for evening stargazing. Umbrella sleeves in the tanning shelf and on the pool deck to adjust your shade for a day poolside. The pool area furnishings include a 32 inch flat screen in the patio area to watch a game while floating in the pool, enjoying a cold beverage under the patio cover or barbecuing. There's 5 lounges, pool floats, noodles, umbrellas and plenty of seating.
Covered outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, frig, sink and eating area increase your living space. Other outdoor features include a second second fire table with seating area, outdoor shower with hot & cold running water, and gated off street parking.

The gas fireplace in the living room with it's original mosaic tile is framed with a wall of beautiful floor to ceiling macassar ebony wood. Dine at the Saarinen tulip table with seating for 6 or a romantic dinner for 2.
Spacious kitchen is all new: quartz counters, cabinets, appliances, including utensils and small appliances, even a yogurt/ice cream maker! Island with a quartz counter top is a popular place to gather with 6 adjustable bar stools.
The master retreat maintains the original natural wood open beam ceiling with matching ceiling fan for a warm summer night when a breeze is enough to keep cool with the sliding doors open. Furnished with authentic 60s headboard, dresser and chair purchased by the second home owners in the 60s. The queen size bed has a 4 inch Memory Foam topper. It's ensuite bathroom has decorator appointed round glass tile for an ultra clean and modern appeal. 30 Inch flat screen HD TV. The low lighting above the closet is a perfect nightlight.
The front bedroom has a king size bed that can be made up as 2 twin beds upon request. Majestic and dramatic mountain views. Sliding glass doors lead to very private courtyard with a table and chairs secluded by a 6 foot block wall. A perfect spot for morning coffee or midnight dessert. 27 Inch HD flat screen with DVD player and iHome with docking station/charger. A twin can be added to comfortably accommodate 3 in this bedroom. There is an additional charge of $30 to add a twin rollaway bed set up with linens.

Each year we rent a home in the desert and this is by far our favorite! Pool is extra large and the umbrellas on the tanning shelf with a lounge was a favorite spot. The yard is much larger than the photos and the couryards off of the bedrooms were nice areas if we didn't want to be with the group. We will be back!

Beautifully maintained house with the best backyard ever! Owner was very helpful and quickly answered any house questions that came up. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely come back.
