Flateli 430 BCN

Very central location, walkable distance to Sagrada Familia, Park Citadel, metro station and many more. Pharmacy and groceries store are 2 min away. there is also a convenience shop at the corner, that was open very late. Easy access with a code - no need to stress about the keys. Clean, comfortable, has a small terrace with a table. Ideal for a couple or a family with one kid.

Whenever we had a holiday in Spain, in various locations and accommodations, a bottle of water was always welcoming guests. Especially appreciated when guests arrive at a midnight and there is no shop open to get any water..in this apartment, we didn’t get any, unfortunately. However the accommodation itself is lovely. Also the team was helpful through the check in process.

Excellent accommodation! I would definitely choose it again. Great location, quiet area, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was great

The flat was so cosy, there were everything we need as a family. The kitchen had all necessary facilities. Location was great, so next to bus stations and sightseeing, also neigbourhood very safe and silent

Providing a dryer would be great to dry clothes

Location was good and walkable to the main areas. Luggage storage was good and friendly staff in the otherwise of the phone if we needed something. There we unable to offer me a working iron for my clothes, so had to buy new ones without any creases.

The door of the bathroom was disintegrating around the frame. There’s no clear sign for an extraction fan in the bathroom. Our sink got blocked on day one, which was quickly resolved. No cleaning was offered to us throughout the five days of stay. The cleaner visited the apartment to unblock the sink, but failed to see the obvious pile of baby nappies in the living room bin which was overflowing.
