The apartament is perfect for a short stay. The localization is great, by walk you can go to main attractions of the city. All you need is in the apartment. I would choose this place one more time if visiting Barcelona again. Most important, the communication with the owner very good, quick and clear 🙂

I stayed here for four nights and then extended my stay for another 12. During that time, I changed apartments twice and was able to get a fairly accurate overall impression. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and welcoming. The staff I spoke to were always friendly and helpful.
The cleaning service really needs to be improved. It is not provided if you stay less than 7 nights. We stayed for a total of 16 nights and am sorry to say that I did not see anyone. I think it is a great disservice if cleaning tools are not provided.
