Studio near the beach

Great location to the old town and the beach. It was also handy having the Spar next door. The property was very clean and the staff were really helpful and made the check in process super easy.

The smaller bed was a bit hard in comparison to the main bed, and there was one evening where we ran out of water (however this was nothing to do with the owner/staff, just a local issue).

The host was excellent. Very clear communication and made it very easy to know how to get into the property. The host also arranged for the cleaning to be done earlier to allow me to check-in earlier. The apartment was excellently equipped with everything including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, kitchen, etc, and although I was only staying for 3 nights, I could have easily stayed there much longer. The air conditioning was very welcome in the heat of summer. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the centre of the town, and even though it is close to all the bars and restaurants, there almost no noise heard from outside.

The apartment feels a little dated and could do with some renovating. Whilst it was perfectly clean, it really could do with a fresh coat of paint. My main concern was the comfort of the mattress. Now I love a firm mattress but this was a whole new level of firmness. It was very hard to lie on and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. Perhaps the apartment could provide a soft mattress topper for people to choose to put on if they prefer something softer to sleep on

Super bien situé, parking gratuit dans la rue derrière mais il faut avoir de la place. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Attention néanmoins au bruit, assez mal isolé, et albufeira assez bruyant, la coupe du monde n’a pas dû aider à cela… mais vivable
