Best place to stay in Kamariotissa.

Location is just perfect. A few meters from the sea, quiet but very close to the center, balcony with a wonderful view of the sunset. Spacious and clean apartment, also daily cleaning, helpful and hospitable host.

Great stay with amazing hosts, a spacious room, sea-view terrace and daily cleaning

Sakis and his mother were super helpful and made us feel really welcome. The room was spacious and clean, and Sakis cleaned it every day, showing how much he enjoys hosting—he truly doesn’t treat you like just a customer. We loved the small terrace with its sea view, perfect for enjoying afternoon coffee and watching the sunset right from the room, even taking the opportunity to swim nearby. The air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows made our stay more comfortable. Plus, Sakis’s treats during the day were always a lovely surprise and a real pleasure, featuring mam's cuisine and great local flavors!

A lovely place and an AMAZING host!

This is a classic Greek domatia, so what makes it special? First, Sakis is an AMAZING host! From checking in to make sure you are OK, to giving ideas on what to see and do, to dropping off lovely snacks of fruit or Greek spoon sweets. I could not have felt more welcome and I was able to communicate with him and his mother using a mix of Greek, English and German. The place is immaculately clean and there's a lovely shady terrace where you can sit outside, have your breakfast and look at the sea, which is just on the other side of the road and fine for swimming. I even have to comment on how great the shower was - unlike most places I've stayed in Greece, the actual space was big enough, the water pressure was excellent and, because of a nice long shower curtain, the water stayed inside the shower and did not go all over the bathroom floor! Those who've travelled in Greece before will know what a big deal this is :-) A HUGE thank you to Sakis and his mother, Maria, for the wonderful hospitality.

It was excellent!

I and my partner had a very nice week at Villa Maria. Our studio was big, safe, comfy, clean and quiet. We had almost all amenities for a home; kitchen tools, fridge, TV, air conditioner, mosquito nets, hair dryer etc. A smiling lady cleaned our place and renewed our sheets and towels every day. The host was incredibly friendly and hospitable. His and his grandmother’s caring made our trip unforgettable! Thank you for all! :)

Everything was great. Mr. Sakis is a great host and was extreamly kind with us, he brought us traditional greek sweets in the morning, he gave us recommendations on the island's attractions and where to buy traditional greek products. The room is cleaned daily, everything in the room was sparkle clean. Towels were changed almost daily. Beds were very comfortable. The villa is situated very close to the port and also to main objectives on the island. Great sunsets that we were enjoying during the evenings. Very close to various taverns where you can eat and there is also a supermarket at 1 min walk distance. Totally recommend and for sure we'll come back again on the next ocasion.

Exceptional stay - amazing hospitality! Loved it!!

We LOVED this place. We had been to many in the island but this is the best. Location so you can go to both sides of the island, facilities, sparkling clean but most importantly the absolute best hospitality we have experienced in Greece (and I am Greek :)). Sakis was an exceptional host - offering us coffee, sweets, and in general making us feel like home. Loved it.

I loved everything, the hospitality of Mr Sakis and Ms Julia.We were given 4 jars of homemade preserves, 3 vases of olives and on our arrival day we were offered Greek coffee and a local sweet. The room was larger than I had expected and well equipped.We got clean towels and linens nearly every day and the rooms were cleaned daily.There is a small porch with table and chairs surrounded by greenery and flowers.Sakis puts candles around the area in the evening to make the area like a small sanctuary.At night, the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore are such a change from the bustle of city life. The location is central to the port and the rest of the island easily accessible. I would highly recommend this villa and the hospitality of Mr Sakis.

Άριστη.. και σαν Νησί, αλλά κ σαν διαμονή.!!!

Τι να πρώτο πω ....όλα άριστα. Ο κύριος Σάκης να ρωτά συνέχεια αν όλα είναι καλά και αν μας λείπει κάτι.Οσο για την καθαριότητα, δεν έχω πάει σε πιο καθαρό δωμάτιο.... πολλά συγχαρητήρια στην κοπέλα της καθαριότητας που είναι εκεί.Η θέα η ησυχία η πανέμορφη αυλιτσα με τα λουλούδια,που βλέπεις το ωραιότερο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια κ πάλι, κρατήστε το έτσι. Και ναι κ την επόμενη φορά εκεί θα έρθω.!!!!!!

Totul a fost la superlativ! Vila este mare, camerele superbe! Curatenia a fost exemplara, zilnic s-a facut curat in apartament, toate utilitatile asigurate. Gazdele sunt oameni extraordinari, prietenosi si atenti, ne-au asigurat tot confortul, ne-au servit cu fursecuri si dulceturi facute de ei si ne-au facut cadou mici suveniruri! A fost o experiență de neuitat si vom reveni cu mare placere! Recomandăm oricui doreste o vacantă in Samothraki! Multumim ,Villa Maria! Σας ευχαριστώ!! ❤

Mit Blick auf das Meer

Der nächste Strand wartet auf der anderen Straßenseite, morgens schnell schwimmen gehen und danach unter dem Blätterdach Kaffee trinken war jeden Tag eine Freude. Zentral in Kamariotissa, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Unser Gastgeber war ein Quell guter Laune und hilfreicher Hinweise, das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen wieder.

Οι οικοδεσπότες μας η κυρία Μαρία και ο κύριος Σάκης σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σαν να είσαι σπίτι σου. Εξυπηρετικότατοι, φιλόξενοι, γενναιόδωροι και πάντα εκεί για να σε βοηθήσουν σε ότι κι αν χρειαστείς. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο, με καθημερινή καθαριότητα, θέα φανταστική μπροστά στη θάλασσα, ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και δίπλα στα πάντα, φαγητό, σούπερ μάρκετ. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα!

Καλόκαρδοι άνθρωποι

Πολύ καλοί άνθρωποι, μας υποδέχτηκαν με χαρά, μας κατατοπισαν στο δωμάτιο και μας παρείχαν καθημερινά ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο με καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Μας προσέφεραν διάφορα καλούδια και βρίσκονταν πάντα εκεί σε περίπτωση που τους χρειαζομασταν. Κάτι που με εξέπληξε θετικά είναι ότι την τελευταία μέρα μας προσεφεραν ένα δώρο-σουβενίρ. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλαχτα και για μια πλήρη σε παροχές και ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία – σαν να μένεις σε σπίτι φίλων!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλώς υπέροχη και αυτό οφείλεται κυρίως στον Σάκη, τον οικοδεσπότη. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας υποδέχτηκε με ένα μεγάλο χαμόγελο και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον να μας κάνει να νιώσουμε άνετα. Η φιλοξενία του ήταν αυθεντική και ζεστή – όχι τυπική, αλλά ανθρώπινη, σαν να φιλοξενούσε φίλους και όχι απλούς επισκέπτες. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, περιποιημένο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες – αλλά η ανθρώπινη επαφή με τον Σάκη είναι αυτό που έκανε τη διαφορά. Αν μπορούσα να βάλω παραπάνω από 10 αστέρια για τη φιλοξενία, θα το έκανα!

Un appartement très agréable et bien situé avec un personnel d'une extrême gentillesse.

L'emplacement est idéal : A quelques petites minutes à pied du port et du centre-ville (restaurants, markets) mais au calme. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Très serviable. Appartment avec une vue sur la mer (qui est à 10 mètres !)

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!

Περάσαμε μία υπέροχη διαμονή! Το κατάλυμα αυτό ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας. Οι οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετικά φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, οι χώροι άνετοι, πεντακάθαροι και προσεγμένοι. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 5 μετρα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα που μπορείς να απολαύσεις από την βεράντα είναι μοναδικό θέαμα. Τα πολλά λουλούδια της κ. Μαρίας που αντικρίζαμε έξω από το δωμάτιό μας, μας έδιναν χαρά καθώς ομόρφαιναν τον χώρο γύρω μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
