In this house, you have everything you need. You have your own kitchen although it says a shared kitchen on the description. Each level has a balcony, which was very nice. The location is excellent. You can go to the beach on foot. The parking space is in front of the house. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

As I have 1 year old baby, I had to help him with stairs. The entrance and living room/kitchen are located on the first floor, and the bed rooms are on the second floor.

If there is something to complain about it would be the fact that the couch downstairs wasn't very comfortable.
