Purana Boutique Resort

Beautiful villas in Ubud, exceptionally warm staff and very grounded in Balinese culture. One definitely has to be mentally prepared for the "nature" vibes that are present in the villa though i.e. outdoor shower and toilet. If you like nature then you'll love it but if you're more sensitive, maybe not. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

We had intermittent issues with the safe in the room.

Our stay at Purana boutique Resort was absolutely amazing! The entire resort is so beautiful, it honestly looks like something out of a movie. Our villa was stunning, very clean and well maintained. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. The customer service was exceptional! Everyone was so friendly, attentive and welcoming. They genuinely made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food was also delicious and very affordable. We even had the pleasure of meeting the head chef, which was lovely! A very special thank you to the wonderful staff who helped my fiancé arrange a surprise proposal at our villa, complete with a beautiful flower pool. It was honestly a dream come true! Despite a few last-minute changes, the team was so accommodating and supportive. They even arranged another room for us to get ready in so the surprise wouldn’t be ruined. Their kindness and effort meant so much to us and made such a special moment even more memorable. I cannot recommend Purana Resort enough! Thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable experience. We would absolutely love to return and will be recommending the resort.

A beautiful boutique hotel. Unbelievable value for money. The staff were the best thing about our stay. They were all so genuinely wonderful, kind and warm. We loved the breakfasts the staff would bring to our room each morning. The massages in our room on our last moning anf the shuttle into Ubud is really useful. Thank you for such a relaxing, beautiful time.

The PURANA BOUTIQUE RESORT is everything and more if you want a relaxing tranquil holiday. We stayed in one bed villa with balcony. Our room was very spacious , immaculately clean. The room service was available to us for no extra charge so we enjoyed breakfast in our room every morning and a couple of evening meals also. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and accommodating cant speak highly enough of them all. Yannik and Noviana were particularly kind and so very helpful to us. We appreciated all your hospitality. I.would highly recommend this resort aand hope to return soon.

It would have been great to have magnified mirror in the bathroom as my eyesight isn't the best and struggled with the lighting putting on make up. Not a major issue.
