Parking przy obiekcie, niewielka odległość do morza, miła i wyrozumiała obsługa,czystość pomieszczeń. Pomieszczenia na parterze - chłodne - spełniają swoją rolę w upalne dni (pewnie trochę gorzej w deszczową pogodę).
Można poprawić - wygodniejsze krzesełka nie pokryte dermą (dłuższe siedzenie w deszczową pogodę - trochę słabo), ale na pogodę Gospodarze obiektu nie mają wpływu.

Okolica ciekawa a hotel spełniał pozytywne wrażenie, atutem jest parking przy pensjonacie. Pokoj czysty, trafiliśmy na najwiekszy upał i bez problemu dostaliśmy do pokoju wiatrak.
Łóżko zbyt miękkie i do tego poduszki zbyt wielkie ale to kwiestia gustu. Sprzeczne informacje w sprawie podatku klimatycznej, w wiadomościach i stronie booking jest cena 2.80 za osobe,natomiast własciciel stwierdził że miasto podniosło na 3.80.
