Bardzo czysto, apartament zadbany, estetyczny, materiały i wyposażenie dobrej jakości. Kuchnia bogato wyposażona Duże i wyjątkowo wygodne kanapy do spania Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do plaży Mieszkanie ciepłe i przytulne (byliśmy w sezonie zimowym) Cicha okolica, mimo bliskości centrum

W obiekcie bardzo pomocna winda. Generalnie było cicho i spokojnie.
Po wejściu do pokoju, trzeba było sprzątać. Na meblach kuchennych z zewnątrz warstwa kurzu, w środku szafek naczynia kleiły się do półek. Balkon brudny niestety trzeba było pozamiatać i umyć podłogę. Meble balkonowe również zakurzone.W ciągu 6 dni ani raz nie było serwisu sprzątającego. W lampce nocnej brak żarówki, brak filtrowi ekspresu, niby detal ale istotny.
