Lovely old house with modern decor on a cobbled street in a beautiful town, Excellent cooking facilities if needed. Great shower and bathroom but a pity there is no toilet upstairs. However we shall be back.

Marie is a lovely host, but we would not book this gite again.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower was fine and the heating was very good.

Only having one downstairs toilet when the bathroom could be converted quite easily to accommodate another upstairs. The parking, on a steep slope, was not good.

Very well appointed house in a good location in Montreuil Sur Mer. Central heating kept us all toasty during our November stay, and kitchen is sufficiently well kitted out for home cooking, though the local restaurants are also superb. Montreuil is a very beautiful fortified small town with far reaching views from it’s ramparts.

Montreuil is a great place to visit and this gite provides an excellent base.

The property is very well equipped and the location is extremely convenient for all we want to do in and around Montreuil. Parking outside the property is also very convenient. This is our fourth stay and I have no hesitation in recommending this property - we shall use it again. It sleeps 6 in three large to good size double rooms (x3 double beds) but the only drawback is the single bathroom (plus separate WC) so shower time would have to be managed for six adults. The owner is very attentive towards her guests and there is a wonderful abundance of well organised tourist information for those unfamiliar with the area.

A hand basin in the WC would be a useful addition.
