eindrückliche Lage im 6. Stock und sehr attraktive Raumausrichtung. Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Teilweise unzweckmässig überstylte Einrichtungen, insbesondere im Nassraum. Von der Dusche überlaufendes Wasser in den Raum, komplizierte Armatur. Fehlende Ablage für Duschmittel in der Dusche. Sehr schwache, teilweise nicht funktionierende Belichtung des Essbereichs. Überdekorierter Schlafraum.

Awesome view, very modern and good looking apartment (much better than on photos), it has everything what you may need, very comfy bed. Unexpectedly it much exceeded our expectations.

Sabrina replies to messages very quickly and is very helpful. Although apartment does not have a balcony, it does have a nice shared terrace overlooking the city and harbor (great for smokers). In the kitchen there is pretty much everything you need for cooking. Bathroom and especially the bedroom are beautifully decorated in a romantic way, which couples will surely like. Elevator is there. All in all it was good, I would like to come again, but I'm not so sure about the value for money. There could definitely be a little more done for the price.

Cleanliness wasn't 100%, we found several spots with dust. Light in bedroom didn't work during our stay which was quite difficult as we had suitcases there and often had to get something out. The little colored lights didn't help much. Air conditioning was quite old. For 4 nights there was only one roll of toilet paper - when asked by the host this is always the case and the guests buy more themselves. It's a banality, but not understandable for us, because we also stayed in cheaper apartments and for a shorter time and there was always enough available - in the end it only costs a few cents and in this price level it should be included in my opinion. That's just a tip, but maybe one coffee bag or a bottle of wine as a welcome gift would be a nice attention - not a must, of course, but a nice extra which will please everyone right in the beginning.
