Amazing location in the centre and a few steps from the seaside. Very clean and well equipped, Andrea is an exceptional host and was very helpful with all advice about sightseeing.

On the one hand he place was awesome - super-friendly host Andri welcomed us and helped with our arrangements in Larnaca. Location is superb - just a 30 meters walk to the beach, a kiosk nearby, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. WiFi is ok.
On the other hand the bar at the first floor works till 3-4 AM and its very crowded and noisy. It was hard to get some sleep earlier. Had to buy earplugs and turn on the sea waves sound on my laptop to filter the sound of the bar.
