The property was beautifully appointed in a great location with spectacular views . The Staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was amazing.

Room was clean on arrival
Good breakfast. Waiter at breakfast was cheerful.
There were no staff in the building in the evening which felt spooky. They were off site and the building was left open. It was a few minutes walk from centre along poorly-lit streets.The woman I phoned was disinterested in my discomfort.
I requested an early breakfast because I was off on a trip, which could not be accommodated.
Room was not serviced whilst I was there and there were no coffee pods (fancy coffee machine but no coffee!) Safe did not work.
This did not live up to the title of 'boutique' Hotel.
