lokasi amat baik parking luas staf sangat baik cuma keperluan dalam bilik sangat kurang tiada sabin towel kecil tiada aircond kipas berhabuk lampu ada yang rosak yang lain lain ok

The service and attitude from the staff was great. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. All facilities were provided as listed.
The only issues were the location given in the email being a little different from the one given in the app, and the lack of methods to contact the staff when needed. For example there is no bell at the reception desk, which caused us to wait for an, although short, but still unnecessary amount of time as a result. This is an issue because not having a bell means we customers can only hope that a staff member will receive us.

Requested twin bed, got queen bed instead. Toilet with stagnant water.
