Citystay Living - Pringle House

Location with parking & a quick bus route into town was convenient. Host was friendly & helpful, allowing for a slightly earlier check in. Accommodation was modern, clean, very warm with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Blinds were broken in main bedroom, so light from street lamp shone directly at the head of the bed. Shower heads & kettle could do with descaling.

The apartment was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, bathroom and shower were great. There is a bus stop right outside with buses into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location for visiting the city and surrounding attractions. Bus stop right outside with bus to the city centre every 20 minutes. Co op shop a couple of doors away. Comfortable apartment light and spacious.

The place was let down by the plumbing which made a horrendous noise when you turned taps or shower on or flushed the toilet. This meant you felt you couldn't stand in the shower and relax but needed to be in and out as quick as possible. We reported it straight away and were told it would be passed to maintenance but it was still as bad when we left. Also it would have been nice to be told at booking that if you want air conditioning its £66 extra. We didnt discover this until day 2 of our 4 day stay, not that we would have paid it as you shouldn't need to pay extra for air con. Fortunately we'd taken our own fan.

Lovely and clean very comfortable

Problems with hot water resulting with having no shower on first day. We where on a tight schedule up early no shower bad start to the day. Customer service was easy to find but not very forthcoming with any apology. When we returned after a long day we had hot water but very noisy.
