Everything about the condo itself was great. 1 of 2 elevators was out all week for refurbishment. I don’t know when that will end. The beach wasn’t pleasant for me to walk because the beach to water line was pretty sloped. One foot was always walking about 6” lower than the other unless you wanted to walk in the soft sand which can be very hot and tiring if you’re older. The texture, color and cleanliness of the sand was great. Nice, well cared for pool, great view from the sixth. Balcony is not large but the furniture was comfortable. Enough for 4.

Beautiful unit with a great view of the ocean! Easy to navigate facility and easy access to many things in community. Would like to have been supplied a little more items such as paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels/rags. It was just two people, but when on vacation I don’t wash if possible and so used towels over, but went to store and bought extra towels/cloths. Just happened to bring from home extra toilet paper/towels. With the unit being where was and the cost, just felt a little more could have been provided.

Property is very nice. Second time to stay at the Pearl. Only complaint was the recess lights did not work in the master bathroom and it was a little too dark. Other than that, everything was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This was great!!! We had an issue with the combo to get in and the lady from Southern Vacations told us exactly what to do and we had no other probs!!!
