Very clean, comfortable, perfect beach view, nice condo, easy access, great location. Perfect.

Great property

We have stayed at this condo location, but not this particular unit before. The location is perfect, but the condo is not privately owned and that was a definite difference. It's corporately run, so no the attention to the unit isn't there. The refrigerator is very old, discolored, not exactly clean and the ice dispenser was frozen. We've rented for our vacations that last 10 years and we've never gone into a place without any of the "extras". No seasonings left behind, not even salt and pepper so make sure you bring absolutely Everything you might need for cooking. They tell you you need coffee filters, but which kind? We brought the wrong ones, so had to go buy more. There are absolutely no beach items so if you bring your kids and want to go shelling, make sure you pack a shovel and buckets. Oh, and don't forget ziplock baggies to keep them in as well. Or any plastic containers for that matter. I didn't think to pack my tupperware to keep food in. There are not any clocks anywhere either. Just seemed odd. A couple of lightbulbs were missing from lamps, so luckily after doing some digging I found those and replaced them. No biggie, just the attention to detail missing again. The unit could use a good cleaning. Baseboards, vents, and the patio doors are pretty bad. We love coming to Navarre for so many reasons. The beach is beautiful, and it's not crowded like Pensicola or Destin. There is beach service for chairs and unbrellas, but we brought our own. Last time we were here the, the unit we rented in The Pearl provided chairs and an umbrella along with sand toys. Not this owner. This location is amazing and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Nice secure parking. The pool is wonderful, but we are beach people so that access is perfect. We stayed for a week, and only went out for dinner since our goal was to enjoy the beach as much as possible being from WI. Dewey Destins is new, and just over the bridge and it is amazing! Not fancy, but fresh caught fish every day! Very family friendly, right on the water. You can pull your boat or jetski right up! We loved it so much, we went 3 times! There is a nice Publix just over the bridge, so stocking up on food and drinks for the week was easy. They also have a good selection of beach toys for the kids if you can't pack everything for your trip. We love Navarre, and will definitely make sure when we rent again, we won't rent from this rental company.
