Excellent accueil avec quelques petits cadeaux de bienvenue. La maison comprenait tout le confort nécessaire et moderne.
Difficultés à utiliser la télévision (un guide serait le bienvenu). Difficultés aussi à accéder à l'entrée de la résidence car le GPS se calibre mal (là aussi des infos supplémentaires ou un panneau indicateur seraient utiles)

Facilities were excellent. Very clean. The furniture was OK but very low for us. Security and parking were excellent. Instructions for our stay were excellent and we really appreciated the 'restaurant Euros' which we spent with gusto 😂
Poor location. There is nowhere to go within walking distance. Although shops, bar and cafe are 'nearby', it was a drive for us!
The stairs are VERY steep and there is no upstairs bathroom. A real problem at night.
We were there for 3 weeks and it seemed odd that no clean linen was provided. There were no facilities to dry bed sheets.

First thing to say is we would not stay here again, for reasons listed below. The positives - This property was much larger than expected and well equipped. We made good use of the washing machine! Everything worked well including the wifi. It is pleasantly furnished. Parking is accessed via an electric gate & very secure. The outside space is lovely with plenty of seating & sunbeds are available in the garage. It is quite a long walk into Arles but doable. Arles is beautiful and worth a visit.
The bed in the main bedroom. The mattress is completely past its sell by date. It sinks entirely in the middle, and along with the musty smell it was not a room I wanted to be in. The price for this property included a 65 Euro cleaning charge & 20 Euro bed linen charge. The bed linen consisted of a bottom & top sheet & 2 pillow covers all of which needed to be washed because of the musty smell. There is a duvet available if needed, but no duvet covers are provided. The entire upstairs had the most awful musty old smell, despite leaving the windows open for 3 days. The towels provided also had to be washed on arrival due to the musty smell.
We have been travelling around France for over a fortnight staying in a different property every night. All booked via booking.com. Not once have I been asked by a host, after booking & paying, to provide a copy of my ID (Driving Licence/Passport) which had to be set up via a French government website & then sent across to him. I was not happy providing this to a stranger!. Booking.com has all my information I do not expect to have to provide it to individual hosts. As this was booked at short notice I couldn't cancel the booking without losing my payment otherwise I would have cancelled the booking. FINALLY - You are not allowed to leave the property until you make an appointment for them to inspect it prior to you leaving!!
