    Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. Spacious room. There's even a small simple gym with a wide range of dumbbells. The front desk is shared with the cafe counter, we didn't know where to check-in at first. Walking distance to Hay street and Murray street, and Elizabeth Quay. Buffet breakfast is simple at AUD35. Sounds ex but if you go out for breakfast, the cafes are either closed or about the same price.

    Fantastic base for exploring Perth. The location right in the CBD made getting around effortless, with easy access to train station (8mins walk), Elizabeth Quay, and plenty of great coffee spots nearby. Rooms were spotless, and well-soundproofed from street noise. The front desk team was warm, accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

    For 3 nights who just go back just to sleep, it’s really affordable & clean. Tho i wish there were more basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, body lotion. Apart from that, it’s pretty decent

    After being told that there was no availability for the night, we were encouraged to book online instead. We proceeded with the booking and were asked to wait 15 minutes for the reservation to “drop” into the system (something that could have been avoided if he had simply made the booking on the spot). We waited for 25 minutes in the lounge. During this time, he repeatedly asked for the booking ID and asked us three times whether we were at the correct hotel. After realising that the booking had not come through, he started making the booking himself in the system. I showed him my phone for the fourth time, and he finally checked the booking and said, “Oh, it was from Agoda, not Booking.com. You’re good to go.” It is quite unacceptable to, first, provide misleading information to a customer, secondly, encourage them to book through a third party and finally, unnecessarily delay the entire process, all of this while we were the only ones at the reception at the time. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and could have been handled much more efficiently and professionally.
