-Host is fast response and helpful.
-Provided Washer, WIFI Internet, Smart TV, Water heater, Fridge, air cond, 1 queen bed in master room, 2 single bed for another room.
-Provided 1 private parking lot. (Level 3 - Tower B)
-Check in instruction is clear.
-Swimming pool (can be use for guest) & but gym room is not allow guest to use.
-Location is good, walking distance for the famous street at old town Ipoh.

The view from the unit is beautiful amd can be enjoyed from the balcony, sofa or bedroom. The unit is secure with multiple locks to enter the floor and unit. Communication with the owner was clear and fast.
The hallway echoes and noise from the hallway can be heard.

Dining table for family, wifi stable.
Toilet ceiling mold infestation. water faucet leaking. Floor wet . Living hall air conditioner not cooling.
