The ambiance and cosy atmosphere, calm suroundings even though we heard way too much our neighbors coming up and down the stairs + their main door was by our bedroom window.
Not clean: half of the dishes were dirty, I had to clean those before using and many MANY spiders web everywhere.

Very quiet location. Clean and comfortable accommodation.
A slightly better kitchen would have improved the accommodation.

What did I like? That the space was so tiny I was back outside in one step — far from the suffocating stench of mold.
Wat ik goed vond? Dat de kamer zo klein was dat ik in één stap weer buiten stond — ver van de verstikkende schimmelwalm.
1 star — Misleading, unhealthy and unacceptable!
What was advertised as a cozy "Tiny House" getaway turned into a health hazard and a deeply unsettling experience. The space we were given was absolutely nothing like the photos or description. Instead of a detached tiny house, we were led into what looked and felt like a converted storage room attached to a residential building — dark, almost windowless, and suffocating.
There was no proper daylight, only a small amount of light coming from the backdoor, which faced a long tall wooden fence barely a meter away. There was no ventilation whatsoever. The air was heavy with a penetrating smell of mold and dampness that made me physically nauseous within minutes. I had to run outside just to breathe. For someone with health issues, this was not just unpleasant — it was dangerous.
Inside, the floor was cluttered with old furniture and random objects, making it easy to trip and potentially break a leg. It felt unhygienic and chaotic. The ceiling was low, the air was heavy, and the entire atmosphere oppressive — like being locked in a dark cellar or basement. Honestly, “Tiny House” is a completely misleading label — “Dungeon” would be more appropriate.
We contacted the owner to explain that the space was completely unacceptable and uninhabitable, but he was rude and abruptly ended the phone call. Even the person who handed us the keys understood the reason why. Left with no choice, we abandoned the stay immediately, losing time and money, and ruining our entire weekend.
This listing should be removed from the platform immediately. It is misleading, unhygienic, and completely unfit for guests.
A serious health and safety risk. Booking.com should never allow such accommodations to be listed without proper inspection.

Had to call a number on the letterbox and Hasan arrived. He came and met us at the front, and walked us round the corner to our door. I used the same number to ask about a hairdryer (there wasn't one - we bought one instead) which he didn't answer. Communication not a strong point. We stayed in the voorhuis.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing.
The views, being able to have coffee outside and watch the ponies was lovely.
Check out Rosmalen, it's really close and has everything you need. Recommed everyone tries a dutch pancake house - amazing!!
There's a fab coffee machine with coffee pods, a kettle and fridge. 2 rings on the halogen hob and an assortment of pans and utensils. We cooked several times, and there's everything you need, except an oven.....
There's parking and fairy lights, leading to your door, which is a nice idea as it's rural, it makes it easier in the dark.
There are cobblestones on the floor (yes, really) INDOORS, a large and very painful (marble) threshold out of the door. There are some thin mats, but mostly cobbles or slate flooring. Take slippers with you!!
There are NO easy chairs, simply dining chairs, to relax in. It's difficult to slob when you have to sit upright.
Don't do what we did, buy a pizza to cook for yourselves after arrival - there's NO OVEN. We had to pan fry ours!!
Its very dark, the multiple lights on dodgy sockets didn't help, even in the bedroom.
The apartment has been made up of odd rooms, with several closed off doors. There's no sound barrier and it makes you feel like there's someone else in there with you. It's quirky, at best.

A picturesque localization, parking, nice people handling the property - such a relief! It is a pity we had only one night to stay, but i expect a true joy of being there for a longer time. There is almost everything you need in the room. Apartment itself is beautiful on its own, there are so much small but details with soul.
Toilet and shower at the 2nd floor are the only thing raising my concerns. We stayed for only one night and didn't really notice an impact of that kind of room layout, however, it might be significant in the long term.

Remote, quiet, clean.
A bit far from the train station.
One of the rooms was hard to be ventilated through the window (the weather was hot).

The place is so green and quiet. That makes us feel comfortable. The host is very nice and friendly. The appartment is in the old style but still comfortable for us as a family with 2 kids.

The short Version: Great hosts, amazing room that has absolutely everything one could need and is perfect for relaxation and all of it for an impressively cheap price. The hosts are very sympathetic and even let you leave your bike in the entrance hallway so it's safe.
Layout
My room on the top floor was very spacious with a cozy queen sized bed and a large window on the wall behind it above. There's a very sizable table with multiple chairs in the middle of the room that connects the kitchen's counter to the wall with a nice, lengthy window. At the end is a door that leads to the bathroom, which has a cool ceiling window that connects to the rooftop. The bathroom has a fair amount of space to separate the toilet sink and shower.
Features
The room has an extensive amount of useful appliances. From TV, ventilator, and power outlets near the bed to the kitchen, including sink, stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, two coffee machines, one for capsules, and one for filters in the drawer below where there's also a toaster and a small electric grill. The drawers are full of tableware, cups, wine glasses, plates, and bowls of multiple sizes, and there are cutting boards and kitchen knives, too. The bathroom has plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra toilet paper, so everything's accounted for.
Experience
The place is nicely decorated with a couple of paintings and small staues, enough to make an impression but not so much that they'd clutter the room. There are blinds at both windows that can leave the room dark if you shut them, and there's plenty of lamps to have some privacy and create a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. There's also a heated next to the bed for if it's cold. The floor is carpet and soft but solid. All the design and placement choices make for a very aesthetically appealing room that, thanks to the quiet location surrounded by nature, turns into a very comfortable stay.
You need to duck in the bathroom if you're over 165, but it's not too bothersome.
The shower temperature is determined by a cold and hot knob and it takes a bit to get the right temperature.

We needed a place with good car access and parking and this places completely matched our needs.
We booked two rooms. Both had kitchenette, private bathroom and dining area.
The bigger apartment was on the level of terrain and looked like it was the space between the villa and garage that was converted to an aparment (some of the floor was covered by pavement). This make us feel of not so clean floor.

Inexpensive venue during peak season. Our hostess was friendly and helpful. Our party needed four apartments and it was nice to be next to each other.
My bed was not comfortable (it was too hard for me), but other people in my party (in other apartments) found their beds comfortable. There were a lot of biting mosquitos, so worth bringing insect repellant. The apartments are a little tired and dated.
We had 4 apartments between us and not all of them were equally equipped. Only one apartment had a toaster, only one had a hairdryer, one didn't have a stove. Luckily we could share these facilities between us but it would have been nice not to knock on each others' door after a shower to find out who had the hairdryer!

I stayed at a small but conveniently located appartment on the ground floor close to the front square of the villa. I had my own entrance, two beds, nice big shower head, a small table to work on.
In the evening while I worked a little on my laptop I drank the biological tea that was provided but... in the morning I was looking for the coffeemachine but couldn't find one...

Kitchenette was tiny, with a fridge that needs an update.
the doors to the bathroom were a bit dodgy.
It probably depends on taste, but we thought all the accessories were a bit much
