Fueron unas hermosas vacaciones en familia , el Personal muy atento y dispuesto en todo momento, el hotel es enorme, una cuidad, muy bien organizada, ideal para ir con niños
Lo único que me desilusionó fue la playa, fuimos en temporada de sargazo y no pudimos disfrutar el mar en el hotel, además de que casi ya no queda playa, se ve que por distintos eventos creció el mar y no hay espacio para estar en la arena. De todas formas hay muchísima piscinas que hacen que la estadía se disfrute

We loved our stay here! My wife and I were on honeymoon exploring the yucatan peninsula and we finished our trip at this resort. We had a great butler called Hugo who looked after us so well! Hugo ensured we had a great experience and that we had everything we needed. Ocean Riviera are very lucky to have him. The resort it self is nice with lots of different places to relax and explore. The bed was incredible comfortable!
