A real hidden gem

Great place, good facilities, for the price it was amazing. Unbelievable views of the entire bay from my private terrace.

Not much I didn't like, if I was being picky the bed was a bit hard and a bit of oil, vinegar salt and pepper might be an idea, but that's just me being picky. It's a hidden gem for sure!

Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable seaside holiday

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed — clean and comfortable. The view from the property was absolutely stunning, and the pool was lovely: clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing. The host was kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything. We were even allowed to check in earlier than scheduled, which was a big plus. They also provided a baby crib and bedding for our little one, which we really appreciated.

We had an excellent stay at Apartments Oktopus. The room size is much larger than most properties and was plenty big enough for two adults and two children. The room was fitted out with all new equipment and everything you could need for a stay was provided. The property was extremely clean (as was the pool) and the owner and his son were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend - the views from the terrace are spectacular!

Fantastic host and breath taking view

Amazing host Velimir, he awaited us with a delicious bottle of the local wine. We also had free supply of coffee capsules in the coffee maker which we took great advantage of. The place is amazing, breath taking view and a fantastic host who made all out wish come true. Well recommended.

Little surprise when first approaching the vila the road was pretty steep. This however we got used to in no time and gave us no challenge at all with the right driving technique.

Our apartment was great! Very beautiful decoration, modern and clean, with a great view to the Adriatic Sea. It was very quiet and the price was very good for its facilities. The pool was also very nice and the owner very friendly and helpful! It is a bit far from the center of Sutomore (approximately 30-40 minutes of walking) as it is built on a very nice hill over the sea but we had a car so it was no problem for us!

cucina abbastanza funzionale, per preparartela da solo. carente negli asciugamani che sono piccoli. bagno da migliorare.

migliorerei gli accessori del bagno. il letto in cucina per mio figlio toglie la possibilità di avere un tavolo dove mangiare in casa. in sostanza sarebbe un appartamento da due. la strada di accesso è abbastanza impegnativa anche se si può fare.

Jak udane wakacje to Octopus

Duże apartamenty, przestronne, czysto, wszystko co potrzeba, ale widoczek....bajka, duży basen, jednym słowem udane wakacje. Blisko bardziej fajne 2 plaże, widać z góry, po prawej po wyjeździe na główną drogę, Polecam. Pod lasem jedna w prawo, druga w lewo, dwie różne zatoczki, mało ludzi.

Zawsze się można do czegoś przyczepić ale chyba nie tutaj.

Mooie plek met mooi uitzicht.

De bedden zijn comfortabel. De faciliteiten zijn top. We mochten gebruik maken van de bbq en de elektrische auto laden met eigen stekker. Het uitzicht is geweldig en de eigenaar erg behulpzaam.

Het zwembad deed onze badkleding enorm vergelen en ook het feit dat het dicht is van 2-4 ‘s middags was een verassing. Dat mag de eigenaar wel in de tekst vermelden. Wij konden eromheen plannen. De weg naar boven is uitdagend, maar je raakt er snel aan gewend.

Szép kilátás; csendes, nyugodt helyen. A házigazda nagyon kedves, jó tippeket adott a fürdőzéshez, kiránduláshoz. Az udvar és a medence tisztasága kiváló.

A szálláshelyhez való feljutás kissé nehézkes. A közös medencés udvar miatt a szállás a pihenőidőn kívül kicsit zajos és forgalmas. Este a teraszon száradni hagyott cipőinket elvitték a kóbor kutyák, amit reggel az utcán találtunk meg.

Tiszta, nyugodt, gyönyörű környezet, de csak jó kocsival érhető el.

A szállásadó rendkivűl figyelmes, gondos. A helyszin tiszta, ápolt. Fantasztikus, hogy van egy medence és napozóágyak és anélkül is szuperül lehet pihenni, ha nem gyaloglunk 2 km-t a tengerig. A kilátás lenyűgöző és jó, hogy este 10 után már nem lehet bulizni. Igy mindenki tud aludni, aki szeretne.

A hirdetésben fel kellene tűntetni, hogy kocsival nehezen megközelithető a szállás, csak jó állapotú kocsival vágjunk neki a meredek hegyoldalnak. Azt sem irták, hogy a viz nem iható, hanem venni kell 6 l-es gallonokkal. WC papirról is a vendég gondoskodik. A klima nagyon hangos, éjszakára ki kell kapcsolni.

Отдыхали в августе 2023 года. Нам все понравилось, апартаменты очень уютные, персонал очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый, а на территории всегда было чисто и убрано. Вид с балкона потрясающий!! В номере нет стиральной машины, но они есть на территории и вы всегда можете обратится к персоналу и они вам помогут.

Добираться до апартаментов немного сложно, последние 300м могут стать головной болью если у вашего автомобиля низкий клиренс, прийдется проявить немного водительского скила.
