Wonderful stay

In front of the apartment, there is a small secluded part of the beach, tucked away and peaceful. The owners have provided lounge chairs and tables for sunbathing, and you can order coffee, water, or food from their restaurant, which is conveniently located right on the corner with access from the beach. What’s fascinating is that this beach is actually part of the large, busy beach, yet in this section you can’t hear the crowd at all. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures and is perfectly clean. The owners are wonderful – whatever you need, just ask.

I have the best memories from the location and will definitely consider it again.

A very welcoming host, it was totally a pleasure of communication (English, Italian, Serbian, partly Russian). The room and its balcony are very cozy, and all the equipment is just as one can expect. The little surprises create a very cheerful atmosphere, and a café just at the seaside is an excellent addition to an evening.

As mostly everywhere in Čanj, you'll see construction sites from the window. Together with a beach, sea and mountains. If you are looking for a perfect view, seek further.

Peaceful stay with a great view.

The location is great, at the end of a small town + with a restaurant downstairs. A very warm welcome form the owner. The room is exactly as described, very tidy and comfy bed, brand new towels and bed sheets.

The bathroom is really small, so please take that into consideration if you’re on the larger side. Otherwise is not a problem at all.

One of the best places to visit in Montenegro. Private parking, private beach, clean and fully equipped apartment. Tasty breakfast, good restaurant on site, excellent price/value ratio for both the accomodation and restaurant. Owners will help you relax and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

Beautiful

The location is perfect. On the coast. A day start with sunrise, evening with a reflection of the moon the sea. A view to be desired from the terrace of the apartment. The sound of the sea which relaxing.

Lovely sea view

Lovely host, beautiful sea view from the balcony. The room was clean and spacious. Vesna prepared an amazing breakfast!

If we had known about the heavy construction noise at the construction site on the bay we would not have booked. During the day we had to run off to the neighboring bay (Very nice bay) as it was so noisy. That may be an option, sleeping at Vesnas place and spend the day on the next bay. Probably the heavy machines will stop by June but it is fair for other travelers to know that they are having a huge construction site nearby. I must say that here despite the great hospitality of the owners.

Relaxing green place direct on the beach

Easily reachable by car, with a beautiful sea view from the room. Very friendly host, and well-maintained property (also beautiful garden). There is an option of use of private beach (with no additional costs) or to take a cheap boat trip to nearby sandy beach “kraljicina plaza” (highly recommended, boat station is 2min walking distance from the property). We also enjoyed great pizzas in the restaurant.

We noticed some mosquitoes in the evening, but with some precautionary measures (minimal light in the evening and skin protection) it was ok:)

Superb

Very good, spacious apartment, super nice and friendly owners. It has a private beach with sunbeds just next to the property. We could check in early and check out later without any problems :) we also got a bigger apartment with a kitchenette with the same price.

Canj is not the most beautiful place, especially now, when there is a huge construction site in the village. It was noisy and dirty.

We enjoyed every moment of our holiday

First of all, I have to say – owners are excellent hosts. From the very first moment, they are committed to make your time at their premises as pleasant as possible. Our room was in the old house, clean but slightly small, especially bathroom. However, room has a superb balcony just a few meters away from the sea, what was our top priority. In addition, in front of room’s door there is a convenient porch looking at compound’s yard, where you can also seat protected from the sun. Behind the old house, there is a new house with modern and more spacious rooms and apartments, offering a beautiful sea view as well. I cannot finish this review without mentioning breakfast – every morning Vesna did a great job. Each day she served plenty of delicious food so you needn’t worry about staying hungry.

Very nice apartment hotel with family vibes

The whole venue is amazing. People are friendly, welcoming and speak English very well. You can pay by card (it would surprise you that in some shops you will have cash only - even big grocery stores).You have private beach so you dont have to be in crowded main beach. The chef is very good, every meal we ordered was super tasty and the waitress there is just one sweet person who will make sure you are well taken care off! Thank you for such an amazing time we had. P.S.: this place is more for families and maybe couples. I can imagine a youngsters would not enjoy staying in this village.

Mattress was too soft which is annoying when you sleep next to someone who moves all night 😂 otherwise all amazing.

Great Holidays

We stayed at the Guesthouse Apartments Zec for 2 weeks. Located in a beautiful bay you will find a separate complex with new and modern rooms, a private Beach and parking spot. Vesna and Zoran welcome every guest warmly and you feel welcome instantly. The whole Team ( special thanks to Jasmina) is taking very good care of all the guests. In the restaurant belonging to the accomodation you will geht delicious food for fair prices ( special thanks to the chefs). You should definitely book breakfest, you won't regret it! We had the best time and will definitely com back! Annett & André (Room 4s)

La chambre est conforme aux photos, propre et spacieuse. Le restaurant familial à quelques mètres de la résidence.

Einfaches Zimmer in unschöner Umgebung

Kleines Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick vom Balkon, Gastgeber war sehr bemüht

Einfaches Zimmer , dafür zu teuer, Geld wurde schon Monate vorher abgebucht. Eine verwahrloste Bucht (riesige Hotelneubau Ruine, Müll am Strand, ein halb abgebrochenes Haus direkt an der Uferstraße), die Pizzeria ist zugenagelt und (dauerhaft?) geschlossen

Lage sehr schön und ruhig am Ede der Bucht. Lokal unterhalb des Apartments unbedingt zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Musste leider aus persönlichen Gründen früher abreisen
