La tranquilidad, las vistas, parece que estas en Costa Rica,el Jacuzi,el aire acondicionado centrallizado en toda la casa y la piscina. También tenia de todo en la cocina y para la playa.
La limpieza,habia comida en el lavavajillas y en el midrohondas. Las cortinas del salon no tapan y estan muy viejas.Los cojines de la terraza manchados y los platos de la cocina estan casi todos rotos. Algunos armarios de cocina tienen desconchones pero nada importante . La casa es maravillosa,amplia y preciosa.
