The view is worth the money alone, you could spend the whole holiday looking across the gulf of Corinth.. There were two large bedrooms with large beds and one good size bedroom so two adults and two teenagers had plenty of room. Air Con in all rooms essential in Greece. Quiet location out of the main town with access to beach and cafe below. Ample parking for our hire car, which was needed to get to Loutraki.
Not an issue for us but anyone with mobility issues would have problems with the spiral staircase that links the two floors. Also no lift so a lot of steps down to the front of the property. The kitchen only has two hobs so cooking takes a bit of thought, we mostly ate out at the numerous restaurants in Loutraki though

Location and excellent world class views are unbeatable. Dishwasher great. Every bit of equipment required. Regular fresh laundry. Great walks from the property. Great air conditioning.
Access to main road on a difficult junction. Rules on the pool made it unuseable. Although nearby beach at hotel great. Spiral staircase difficult for older or disabled people.
