Sea view, decent location, fairly easy to find parking spot. Bed is more than big enough for one person. A/C was working ok. 32 inch tv. Elevator for two persons.

Spartan/basic apartment for a single person and that is ok. However, no wardrobe closet or some other furniture for storage except for a simple rack with coat hangers and some hanging hooks so you have to keep all your luggage on the floor. Bathroom is small and functional but a bit of an eye soar. Washing your face will get water all over the floor because the sink is really small. There were hot water issues on more than one occasion in the evening. Apartment is an adaptation from something that used to be a terrace/balcony. Balcony having only one chair and it would be nice to add one more just to put your feet up while reading a book and having a coffee/drink in the evening. Also not having any kind of sun shade/parasol on the balcony so sitting in the afternoon is impossible because the sun hitting it directly from the south and later form the west. After 8pm that is no longer a problem. Kitchenette usable. Kettle was rusty so had to clean it myself. Frying pan too big and too old and needs replacing. Fridge door kept opening on its own and thus melting the ice inside, needs to be replaced/repaired. Electric stove needed cleaning also. I will stop here and say that for what the apartment is offering, it is overpriced. Either make some improvements or reduce the price.

Everything was okay,wonderful

Location was good and close to the centre, the staff was reallyresponsive with our request for help and provided a place where we could leave our stuff before getting to our rooms (we arrived earlier than planned).

The AC in our room did not cool the room to the set temperature. There were also bugs in our rooms that we had to request help with removing them. The wardrobes had a smell that transferred on our clothes.
