The worst accommodation I’ve experienced

The staff was friendly but that’s it.

IT was the worst accomodations I’ve stayed in. The place smelled like cigarettes so much I couldn’t sleep all night. I left after the first night it was unbearable. Everything was dirty. The bed was a disaster the bathroom was utterly terrible, there were stray cats coming in from outside inside the room and I couldn’t close the balcony door cuz the aircon wasn’t working. The balcony was mouldy and something kept dripping. Truly bad experience. I payed for 3 nights and only stayed one, barely.

Perfect location for leisure

The only bad thing in the apartment was the toilet. There was always unpleasant smell and it was always leaking, therefore it smelled. The ACs were a bit old, but they were working. Everything else was great.

Pleasant stay at a modest apartment in a nice area close to the beach

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, but we arrived around 10am, left the bags there, and they told us we can go into the room sooner, around 1pm, which was great! The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, especially Yannis and Lila (I think that was her name, she was the cleaner). The balcony area is very convenient, looking at the street, and roomy.

The apartment is not very well maintained, old furniture, and not very comfortable beds. The faucet was leaking all over the bathroom floor, the pressure in the shower was very low (although there was always hot water). The kettle was unusable, never cleaned, and at this point, they just need to replace it.

The staff was very kind, available for any question. They helped us to organize tour a beaches.

There isn't water for a shower from 7 p.m. till 9 p.m., but they said us it is general problem in Kalikratia.

Good position

We stey 3 days without hot water , he say our solar sistem have problem. In one room humidity was very high that bed mattres inside of room was full of water. There was a smeel of canalization, and on the floor there was parazits.

Good internet.

The host was rude. As soon as we arrived, he provoked us on a national basis. There was no hot water at 9pm. The dishes were dirty. Bad TV signal. The toilet seat cover was broken. Very loud at night. Not worth the money.

A nice place with a great staff but not to our expectations

Location was good and close to the centre, the staff was reallyresponsive with our request for help and provided a place where we could leave our stuff before getting to our rooms (we arrived earlier than planned).

The AC in our room did not cool the room to the set temperature. There were also bugs in our rooms that we had to request help with removing them. The wardrobes had a smell that transferred on our clothes.

Never again !!

The only think that we liked was the location. Little on the side of the main activities but yet close to walk to beach, shop or restaurant.

well, everything else pretty much. Value for the money, not so great just OK. I have booked much better properties, yes properties not a room, on Airbnb sometimes even for less. after being welcomed by the host Ianis he walked us to the room and explained everything into details and that was all we have seen from him. Obviously nobody was monitoring the property overnight because no one was nowhere to be found when we basically didn’t sleep all night. The neighbors in the room next to us were so loud and disrespectful to other visitors comfort. I am not talking about crazy teenagers I am talking about grown up man and woman that didn’t gave two &%#$ about the other people in the building. It was pass 12:30 midnight when we nicely ask them to lower their radio and keep the indoor voice as they were seating on the balcony next to our room because we are trying to get some rest so we can enjoy our day tomorrow at the beach. That did a little for the next 10 or 15 min and then just continue. at some point the entire floor turned into a party floor with doors slamming and people laughing, talking and carrying on while we can still hear the radio playing. Mind you this was almost an empty property with marble hallways that were echoing everything and making it even worse. It was about 3 am when we , again, knocked on the door (now the party moved to the room next to us but on the other side) and again asked for them to be more respective of other people because its almost impossible to get any sleep. All we got was sorry and after they slammed the door it was like nothing just happened and the laughing and drinking and loud talking continue all the way pass 4 am. The sad part about the owner is that he had maybe 3-4 rooms occupied and instead of spreading them around the building he cramped them all at one spot. stupidest thing ever. Absolutely the worse experience

The location was excellent. It was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was not actually a two bedroom apartment as the kitchenette was in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom/shower was big.

-Great location in the middle of town near the beach📍 -Functional kitchen with all necessities 🍳 -Great staff! Achilles and Thanos were very friendly and helpful 🛎️ -Functional air-conditioning and nice balcony 👍

-No shower curtain in the bathroom but you will not need it since the beach is so close 🚿

Super stay for a few days!

The service and owner was super nice and almost always reachable! Very kind welcome and no problems at all. The apartment is only a few meters from the sea and city centre. Balcony and stuff to breakfast there, air condition, hair dryer, fresh towels...you have everything you need :) If we go to this area again, we will book the same!
