Das schön und ruhig gelegene Haus mit weitem Blick auf Soller bietet ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Pool und Garten laden dazu ein, Zeit am Haus zu verbringen. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Gutes WLAN.

Der Gast sollte sich willkommen fühlen, dazu braucht es doch nicht viel! Es fehlte an Kleinigkeiten, z.B. ein Stück Seife, Toilettenpapier. Ein kühles Getränk im Kühlschrank und sei es auch nur eine Flasche Wasser? Die Ausstattung war insgesamt gut, aber die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, die Polsterstühle völlig hinüber, man saß auf dem Rahmen. Der Vermieter erschien unangemeldet, um irgendetwas zu werkeln, das geht gar nicht! All das verhinderte die Bestnote 10 "Außergewöhnlich".

S'Oliverat is in the most beautiful location, set in the mountains and surrounded by olive trees but a short walk from the beautiful town of Fornalutx. The garden is stunning, the pool was clean and surrounded by flowers. We loved the facilities and the beds were so comfortable

The location of the house is perfect. We looked for a quite holidays in privacy and this was perfect location. Completely private place, house very nice, with all we needed. We enjoyed very much!

Get ready for a very narrow road to the house :-)

Property about 1/2km up concreted steep & narrow lane from road. Well stocked village shop for a good walk before breakfast Every morning. €14 of electricity for central heating each day was worth it. Spacious for 4 adults. Quirky crockery sets made in Sőller. Banana tree with hanging bananas in the front garden. Walking and cycling routes from the front door.

Renovating building works in neighbours property started 8am to about 3pm. No preparation of property before we arrived- shutters to all windows closed, no heating nor lights on. Key code access only given 15mins before checking in 4pm. Realised oven control switch already broken prior to our meal on our first night, thus unable to eat our prepared meal. New oven installed by owner on our 4th evening, thus incurring restaurant costs of €240 for the 4 of us. Not good enough.
